MANNHEIM, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ERBA Diagnostics Mannheim GmbH, a global in vitro diagnostics company, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Lumora, a provider of state-of-the-art molecular diagnostic products for the clinical and industrial markets.
